I cannot adequately express how let down we feel by Accent Moving and Storage. They were hired to move our belongings to their storage facility for 18 months then deliver to our new residence. In short, furniture was damaged, inadequately repaired, items lost never to be recovered by us and the list goes on. Never once did Wes take responsibility or ownership of this mess nor did we ever receive an apology. Instead we got finger pointing and lots of excuses. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I realize this review goes against the grain of many comments but this is what we experienced. The worst ever service possible. Beware.

My Name is Wes and I am the owner of Accent Moving & Storage. I appreciate every review we get, whether good or bad. While I appreciate your review, I am confused to its nature. We have no customer complaints that meets this criteria. We have had zero complaints from customers that have been in storage for 18 months and then have anything missing. I have not received a complaint of this nature from any customer. I do not understand how you can say that we did not take responsibility and that I finger pointed and made excuses because that is not true. As I said, there have been no complaints that match your complaint. I would recommend that you contact me as soon as you can so that I can discuss your issues with me and Accent Movers. If I do not hear back from you and you remain anonymous then I will take this complaint as not valid and see it as a competitor trying to make me and my company look bad. I will follow up in a few weeks to let the public reading this complaint, my findings.
