As a person who spent lots of time googling all the reviews for all the moving companies that I received quotes from, I narrowed my search down to 3 companies. I spent a fair amount of time on the phone asking all my questions, and found the Atlantic office to be the most honest and able to explain things to me in plain English. This is the main reason I chose Atlantic, and have no regrets about my decision. I lived in an apartment with no elevator in Montreal and Atlantic was the ONLY company who warned me about the possibility of the (very reasonable) extra charge for the time and the labor for the guys to have to haul everything down 3 flights, I mentioned this to all the companies and no one but Atlantic bothered to explain. Thank you to all of the staff at Atlantic, the service was great.

Had a great move with this company! The process was made very stress free and super easy. Everything went smooth from start to finish. My belongings were delivered in Toronto within in their estimated times and there were no hidden fees at all! I moved before and used another company and the pricequoted TRIPLED! I had one broken item in the whole move... how amazing is that. They really cared for my items and the contact was great. If my rep wasnt available then there was always someone there taht had the answers for me.

Good Service with the company. Moved from Canada to USA with them, and had a few months storage. The rep was great and initial contact impressed me. Following up with the move was very easy as well. I had a house lined up and it fell through, last minute we were able to arrange storage with Atlantic.
I had a good vibe from my sales rep Farah and she was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I had them move my office now as well.

Great service from this company. I wanted to finalize everything and settle in before i write a review. I was very impressed with the customer service and personal service. Farah was great during the moving process. Mike arrived in Winnipeg, MB on time and packed up our house very efficiently. The crew was funny and it was great to work with them.
The stuff arrived, and the crew came in on time in Ottawa. Everything was great and they protected my freshly cleaned carpets.
Price was very good, but that is not the reason why i chose them. The customer service made all the difference.

I would recommend them any day.

Do not hire these guys, at least if you're moving from Edmonton. The service is horrible, the contact is poor, the packing and storage is horrible and damage is high. 1. 7:30AM we got a call that the movers would come between 2 - 4P, the NEVER came; we followed up and came VERY LATE the next day. They almost literally stuffed and tossed the items in with no organization. 2) no matter their promises and the gentle manner of the main office people (Artur and Anita), the move itself was frustrating and NOTHING happened on time. 3) their numbering of our shipments was so bad we thought we were missing 3 boxes; we had only 10 days to unpack everything; they promised to check the warehouse but never called and never did check; 4) there was terrible damage, with holes right through the side of a cabinet, table finishes scraped to bare wood, table tops completely scratched seriuosly damaging a high gloss finish, a dresser with the whole base knocked off and the side looking like it was chewed it was so battered. There was nothing good about this move except for the fact that the boxes arrived, crushed and dented, a wardrobe box crushed to half its size,but we packed all boxes so the contents were fine. Rating? punctuality - 0; price - average; timeliness - .5, follow-up - 0, sales people - nice enough, 1.

Don't use them. Actually, do whatever it takes to move your things yourself and rent a truck.

My family and I just moved from Halifax to Windsor. Everything went well and our big load arrived safe and sound. Atlantic team responded asking me to post this review and I was happy to do this. Fantastic service from the office and the loading crew. The delivery drew arrived a bit late but that was not a problem. We actually had a good time with the delivery crew as one of the men was from my home country.
The price was a bit more than what the quote was, but I know that our tools were sooooo heavy. The guys moved our jukebox and lifted it without a hitch and even brought it to the garage for us without any problems. This one guy was so strong that he lifted it up without even blinking. Couldn't believe my eyes.
