Atlantic Van Lines

My experience with Atlantic Van Lines was very positive. I received personalized service from beginning to end and the response rate to all of my inquiries and concerns was fast. This was my first long distance move and I wasn't sure how it would go. I had contacted a lot of larger companies and decided to go with Atlantic, not only because of their great prices, but also because of their responsiveness. I have even requested information about an overseas move with them (unfortunately they don't offer this service yet) and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Was very nice on the phone. Made reasonable quote but not so reasonable expected arrival time (anywhere from 9am - 9pm). They arrived at 11:30pm which was very bad because I specifically told them the landlord would lock elevators since its too late. The delivery was made next day. The bed header was broken and a table was missing. The table was found and delivered within 5 days after 3 calls. The bed header is under their 300 deductable = they got away with breaking it.

Would not recommend them.

We Could not have been happier the staff and movers of Atlantic especially given some very recent terrible experiences with our move from Carolina and Toronto..
The degree of professionalism was indeed superb especially from Anita the GM. This lady was tireless in tracking down lost goods from a former mover and warehouse which was not her responsibility. Kudos.

I wanted to write my review of Atlantic Van Lines. We recently moved from Ottawa to Victoria and the service was great! The men were great and the price was reasonable. A rep came out and gave us a quote and explained everything. On the moving day everything went as planned! At the arrival they called to confirm which was much appreciated with the last minute thing!

Great service and mostly impressed with the customer service.
