Sunrise Windows and Doors

We saw them at the home show and were impressed by their product. Unfortunately there customer service let’s them down. Still waiting for our quote after my having to chase up the the rep who came to look at our house. Finally got hold of him and he said he would call me straight back .....that was almost a week ago and I’m still waiting. We have decided to look elsewhere.

Horrible service. They never follow through with calling back. Their product is no better than other companies but they make it seem like it is. It is very confusing when ordering a product, what you ask for may be altered to what they think is better for you. Some windows & doors were delivered damaged (lots of scratches) there fix is a little paint bottle. I asked for brick mould and was told that is not the way expensive homes do it but brick layers beg to differ creating more work. We needed to add moulding to all doors so you would not see behind stone/brick. All windows were sent smaller than window openings, in order to install windows we had to alter size of openings. After a year, we are still waiting for a replacement window promised by the owner himself. Tried calling multiple times can never reach anyone but the receptionist. Be assured, they will tell you that they will call back. Don't wait by the phone. They started as a small company and now they are big and forgot who brought them to where they are. Good luck to whoever ignores this message.

Replaced all our 25 year old original windows and bought a beautiful new Portone walnut front door. Very tidy installation. One screen had to be replaced, this was done quickly. I was very happy with Sunrise, and LOVE my new doors and windows. Would definitely recommend them

Little longer than expected, sent door with wrong glass which had to be replaced then a week later the lock didn't work. We'll see how well the replaced glass holds up because it's always better direct from the factory (not as clean looking, little bit of 'bleed through' where the glass caulking was changed and the finishing nail holes can been seen from having to reattach the molding)

The moldings on the inside don't match and there's a noticeable gap between the wall and the molding (can fit my wallet in the space). Not very finished work. We'll see how they address the issue and will update review accordingly.

About two years of frustration. Broken promises, one after another. Have given them the last chance to take ownership of their mess. Will provide details, only the emails and some photos over two years for audience to judge, should I not hear back from them committing to fulfill their responsibilities soon, I mean soon.

Dealing with them, has been nothing but headache and I'm not exaggerating.

We had our main front door replaced (steel) with a fiberglass door from Sunrise. The sales people were very informative and pleasant to deal with, I was even taken through a tour of their factory. Their showroom is very good. The quality and finish of the door is outstanding. The installation crew was very professional and nice to deal with. great job.
the only problem is that the took 10 weeks to install the door instead of the 5 week waiting period as promised.

The company did a phenomenal job in installing the windows at our home. We had to redo every window in our home and they were excellent quality. The only problem is that this company is very hard to get a hold of when there is something that needs to be fixed or corrected in terms of a job they've done. This, to me, was the worst, most time consuming part of working with Sunrise. Despite their ability to work well with you, their work ethic in terms of customer satisfaction is horrible. It took us over 3 months to have the owner call us back after multiple phone calls to have our front door fixed - a very expensive front door that we ordered that should not have had the issues it did. It's unfortunate because I know the people who work at this company do a great job, but regular working people don't have the time to chase after them if/should there be an issue with a job they've done.

Came down to the job site fairly quickly, took measurements and the provided the most reasonable time frame for the windows to be built. Good quality service upon delivery and installation.
