Sunrise Windows and Doors

Horrible service. They never follow through with calling back. Their product is no better than other companies but they make it seem like it is. It is very confusing when ordering a product, what you ask for may be altered to what they think is better for you. Some windows & doors were delivered damaged (lots of scratches) there fix is a little paint bottle. I asked for brick mould and was told that is not the way expensive homes do it but brick layers beg to differ creating more work. We needed to add moulding to all doors so you would not see behind stone/brick. All windows were sent smaller than window openings, in order to install windows we had to alter size of openings. After a year, we are still waiting for a replacement window promised by the owner himself. Tried calling multiple times can never reach anyone but the receptionist. Be assured, they will tell you that they will call back. Don't wait by the phone. They started as a small company and now they are big and forgot who brought them to where they are. Good luck to whoever ignores this message.
