Sunrise Windows and Doors

Sunrise Window and Doors has been excellent at the service it provides. They pay great attention to details, theyll reach out if any issues and they ensure that orders being placed are correct. In any case of error (which has not happened to me thus far), they will ensure to have the correct order in a timely manner. I have nothing else to say, but great and positive reviews only, as the company has been really good in the service and products they provide.

Very poor quality windows. Terrible customer service. We ended up having to replace all of our windows from Sunrise. Many of our Sunrise windows leaked and were fogging up. After numerous calls and emails, Sunrise finally came to replace the glass on the fogging/leaking windows because their technician determined it was a seal failure that was causing the issues. The windows were only 6 months old at the time. Within 6 months, our bedroom window was leaking again. The windows we had did not have any UV filter or sound proofing. You could hear a pin drop outside. Our floors and furniture were ruined from the UV light after only a few months. Very disappointing.

Do not use this company!!! Our new home windows are a disaster, and the company does nothing. Our windows are missing parts, so they can't open. They are also failing, and fog up because the seal is gone, after less than 2 years. I'm going to have to replace them all(whole house!) They won't return my calls. They were awful from the start, missed deadlines, promised the best quality, delivered late, and installers knew nothing about what they were doing. Their salesperson, Carlos, continually apologized and made promises he never kept. Their warranty is worth nothing, they just don't respond at all. Save yourself the trouble that we are going through. I wish I'd never heard of this company.

Terrible customer service. They promise timelines they can't stick to, the owner hangs up the phone on customers, no one knows when windows will be ready and installed. They do not provide guarantees. Their windows come the wrong size and they don't fix them right the first time.when you call the office, they have to check, but they do not call you in a timely manner.

We had cracked entrance door glass from them, called, emailed with no reply for months, will bring them to BBB and court, if no response, welcome anyone to join me

All the complains on this site are correct. Delivery problem from get go.
Two years of frustration and undelivered promises. Things go wrong and they blame installers and suppliers. No one cares about customer service, not to mention satisfaction. Someone who have the time and tenacity should bring them to court.

Company replace existing windows and doors. Problem since the beginning and still have not rectify the situation after many months. You call them and you get the runaround or get sent to voicemail that is full and barely return calls. Will give you the runaround trying to make you go away. Stay away from purchasing from this company not worth your money or time. Anything you think you’re saving will cost you in the long run.

This company was chosen by our developer. We purchased new windows and French doors which included installation and finishing (i.e. caulking, foaming, etc.) in Oct 2018. However, Sunrise installed the windows not centred in the trim. Also, we are still waiting for them to come back to caulk the windows. They cancelled at the last minute in early June without any reason and they did not return our calls to re-book. Their president and salesman, Aldo does not know the meaning of customer service. We have paid in full but services render have not been completed. My house on the exterior looks unfinished and a work in progress since Dec 2018. They are totally unprofessional and do not provide quality work. No ethics whatsoever!

Contracted Sunrise for a new custom home windows and doors installation. Wrong size windows for a front stairwell took over 3 months to rectify with heat escaping out the open area. Front door took almost 8 months to install and still have not come back to install a trim piece around door to fill in excess gap between the door frame and pre-cast stone. There is over a 1" gap above the door frame and pre-cast stone. The stone was installed according to a template supplied by Sunrise so how a door can have such a large gap is beyond me. A simple fix is a piece of black trim to be installed but no one in their service dept will respond, especially Richard who is supposedly "in charge." Have
a problem with a balcony door lock which I will also have to accept.
Windows appear to be the same as competitors but service is horrible.
Not sure about warranty ...just praying they will last.

Our windows were installed in our new custom built house 7 years ago. We finally had to change every window in the house this month because of cold air coming into the house every winter. When the new window installers took out the Sunrise windows we saw that Sunrise did not put in any insulation. No wonder my rooms were cold!
When I called Sunrise Windows the first winter they told me I was wrong and just imagining the cold coming through the sides of the windows.
