Had a leak in a boiler fitting. Said the best they could do was a week later to send someone out. Meanwhile because winter time and required heat, lost 90% of the glycol, and the circulation pump failed because of lack of fluid. On the day they were supposed to come, no one came. Called and left a voicemail early in the morning, no response. Following day heard from tech. At that point, want nothing further to do with Canyon. Poor service and no communication. Cost me $2,400 in costs for glycol and a new pump, all preventable, outside of leak repair.
I was in the construction business for 40 years and used them years ago, different company now and would never recommend them to anyone.
