We were looking to replace our blinds for our rear patio door and noticed the ads on TV for Magic Window which showed integrated shades which appealed to us. Our sales appointment was with Alex who provided us with an excellent presentation about the quality and features including the integrated shades and the retractable bug screen. Alex also was upfront about the wait time involved due to covid and supply issues and we understood and appreciated his honesty. Magic Window kept in touch during the wait time and kept us updated. Installation took less than 2 hours and the crew was friendly and showed us how to use the features. We are very
impressed by the quality of the door and recommend Magic Window.

We chose Magic for our new front windows in the living room and a lower level bedroom because of their quality and unique features such as retractable screens.

To begin, I love the windows we had installed. It's such a cool concept to have built in and retractable screens and shades! Plus we were able to have a thermal/darkening shade put into the bedroom window, and a light filtering shade put in the kitchen window, so it's truly a customized solution for our home. I can also tell that the insulation is way better with these than the ones we used to have - the bedroom is a much more consistent temperature since the new window has been installed. Yes, the manufacture time is kind of long, BUT it is totally worth the wait!! Plus, I requested a service visit because we couldn't get one of the screens to retract properly, and not only did the technician come the day after I contacted the service department, but he kept me updated with his ETA and was super friendly. Oh, and of course, he also fixed the problem, which it turned out was user error on our parts. (Facepalm!) Thanks Magic!

Had 7 windows replaced. Work was completed in 7 Hours. Workers placed rugs everywhere they walked and completely cleaned up after. The replaced windows are great. A mistake was made, that blackout blind was supposed to be installed in 2 bedroom windows, but was missed. They corrected the problems in 3 days to our satisfaction. The cost was more expensive than the competitors but was worth it.

Excellent quality and service!
The windows are precisely as advertised; they are magic! We can now clean the exterior of these windows ourselves from the inside of the house without the need of hiring a professional window cleaner once or twice a year (cleaning the exterior of our third floor windows previously required the use of a 40 foot ladder which - given our age - was an incredibly dangerous undertaking). The sales staff and service personnel were courteous, and when a minor issue arose after initial installation, it was addressed to my complete satisfaction within the first week. I am fully confident with the knowledge that if there are any issues with this product arising within the next 40 years of the product guarantee such as the seals between the windowpanes breaking resulting in windows fogging, these will also be addressed in the same timely and courteous manner.

Wow amazing product and costumer service. Dana was very informative and explained everything to the "T". The installers showed up on time and did an amazing job. Thank you. They demonstrated how the windows operate and how to maintain them and clean them with the glass cleaner and the silicone spray that was left in an insulated blue bag. Dana came by to see that the job was done as promised.
It was. Our house now is, brighter, quieter and warmer.

We had double sliding doors installed in Nov 2021... but found one was getting stiff to open by the beginning of Feb 2022. Talked with Myrna and arranged a service call the next time weather was due to be good and the service team was in our area (Kitchener).

The service crew arrived when scheduled and after a quick assessment, they pulled the doors out to replace the roller assemblies and track which seemed to have gotten wear marks. Very fast and efficient work. They explained what may have caused the issue and provided a fix. They even added a new weather strip saying the original looked to be a bit short.

We've had the service team here for our other windows and they continue to deliver service above and beyond.
