Excellent quality and service! The windows are precisely as advertised; they are magic! We can now clean the exterior of these windows ourselves from the inside of the house without the need of hiring a professional window cleaner once or twice a year (cleaning the exterior of our third floor windows previously required the use of a 40 foot ladder which - given our age - was an incredibly dangerous undertaking). The sales staff and service personnel were courteous, and when a minor issue arose after initial installation, it was addressed to my complete satisfaction within the first week. I am fully confident with the knowledge that if there are any issues with this product arising within the next 40 years of the product guarantee such as the seals between the windowpanes breaking resulting in windows fogging, these will also be addressed in the same timely and courteous manner.
