Greg Martineau Projects Inc

Greg Martineau was a pleasure to deal with. I'd previously replaced a couple of windows with a big box store and the job was done very poorly and took almost a year to resolve. I asked Greg Martineau to quote the remainder of the windows in my house. The quote came in well under some of their competitors for better quality windows. The order process was quick and easy, when there was a possibility that the windows might be delayed, I was contacted to keep me apprised and then the windows were on time and setting up the install was within a week.

The installers were on-time and very friendly. They left the rooms clean and did good job cleaning up both inside and outside so it was like they were never there. The windows look great and haven't had any problems.

We have used Greg Martineau twice and felt the product was at the higher end of price/value but the service was excellent. Both installations had some issues that came up and the service afterwards was prompt and really took care of the problems thoroughly. There is definitely a desire on the part of this company to stand behind their work and that was appreciated.

Everything went as I would expect from a professional company. They showed up on time, got the job done without making a mess of myh place. It was a good experience.

I almost didn't go with them because they were a little more expensive than the other companies I checked out but my friend had used them to replace some windows and said their level of service made the small price difference well worth it.

There was 1 problem. After the door was installed I could feel a little bit of cold air coming in the bottom. There was weather stripping there and I couldn't see daylight but it was enough air to warrant calling them.

I call them first thing in the morning and they had a service truck there same day. I guess the door comes from the manufacturer with the weather stripping pre-installed. Martineau swapped it out for much more expensive after market weather stripping and didn't charge me a thing. I wasn't too impressed with my new expensive door leaking air but I was impressed with how this company handled it.

I have some windows I'm thinking about replacing. Based on how they handled my job and the problem I will use them if I do.

Had them install basement windows in a rental property. He contracted out the foundation cutting to another company who did a good job and then greg martineau Projects Inc. installed the windows and another contractor was suposed to come and fill in the holes dug to install the windows and then repair and replace the bricks. Weeks went by and no contractor showed up. We had heavy rain one day and of course the holes that were dug filled and flooded the basement and ruined the draywall and carpet and cost $2500 to fix. Greg martineau came to the house himself and was very rude and said it was not his problem. I told him it was and he should pay for the cost of the repairs since the original job was not complete and it had been almost five weeks since his company started the project. He said he would think about it. I called him the next day and he said he would not pay for the repair and again he said it was not his problem so I emphisized it was. He then swore at me a number of times loud enough that my young kids could here what he was saying and then hung up. A few days later the original contractor who cut the holes for the windors showed up at my house and threatened to put a lean on my house if I did not pay him because greg marteneau had not payed him yet. greg fianlly agreed to pay $1000 toward the repairs. Lesson learned: DO NOT USE greg martineau Projects Inc

This company is amazing: from meeting the sales representative who came to our home all the way to the installers, everyone was professional, efficient, polite, respectful and on time! Our project was done in exactly the time frame we were given, and our house and area were left in immaculate condition. They even cleaned up inside the house!

We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and product we received from Greg Martineau. They showed up on time, and left our place clean. We would certainly use them again.

We had our exterior windows replaced by Greg Marinteau. The windows were very high quality and the service we received was good. Although we had some issues with the initial installation, this was rectified by Martineau himself and the second installer that was sent out to rectify the installations was very professional & completed the installation to our specifications. Despite the initial installation issues, we would recommend Greg Martineau as a company for window replacements.

We used Greg Martineau to replace a picture window as well as our kitchen windows and were pleased with the service. We were reffered by my uncle who had some work done by them earlier in the year. The quote was accurate and timely and other than some minor delays we were very happy with the price and quality of the work

The whole experience with this company was a pleasure. Right from the sales process to the final inspection/completion. The only challenge was that it took longer than we expected, however it was worth the extra attention to detail. The installation crew were very accommodating, they cleaned up after each day. Overall it was a goodexperience.
