DO NOT USE greg martineau Projects Inc. Had them install basement windows in a rental property. He contracted out the foundation cutting to another company who did a good job and then greg martineau Projects Inc. installed the windows and another contractor was suposed to come and fill in the holes dug to install the windows and then repair and replace the bricks. Weeks went by and no contractor showed up. We had heavy rain one day and of course the holes that were dug filled and flooded the basement and ruined the draywall and carpet and cost $2500 to fix. Greg martineau came to the house himself and was very rude and said it was not his problem. I told him it was and he should pay for the cost of the repairs since the original job was not complete and it had been almost five weeks since his company started the project. He said he would think about it. I called him the next day and he said he would not pay for the repair and again he said it was not his problem so I emphisized it was. He then swore at me a number of times loud enough that my young kids could here what he was saying and then hung up. A few days later the original contractor who cut the holes for the windors showed up at my house and threatened to put a lean on my house if I did not pay him because greg marteneau had not payed him yet. greg fianlly agreed to pay $1000 toward the repairs.
