I met the owner at the Home and Garden show. He came and did the estimate when he said he would. Quoted a fair price. The guys that installed it were friendly, accommodating and professional. They were quick to respond to any issues that arose. Thanks again.

This is not the first time we have used Big Al's. We like them and the work they do. The guy that came was very personable, worked hard, and was able to work around our schedule. On this project, they could have done a better job to start, but were willing to come back and do an excellent job (that the painter was happy with) so in the end it was a success. We will use them again.

My experience was mixed with Alliance Concrete. The sales part was good in that they responded quickly and quoted quickly. The installation part was not good, in that they took too long. They started the project (ripping out the old) and then left it for a week before they finished it. They seemed to be in a hurry to be gone when they finally finished it. I really don't think they wanted to do the job.

Kim Gill has amazing taste. If you want a good, clean simple but classy look, this is who to use. She is well connected with suppliers so you can get a slightly reduced rate on products she suggests. She is also connected with installers that will give good service. She is fussy and goes to bat for you if there are any problems at all.

The whole experience with this company was a pleasure. Right from the sales process to the final inspection/completion. The only challenge was that it took longer than we expected, however it was worth the extra attention to detail. The installation crew were very accommodating, they cleaned up after each day. Overall it was a goodexperience.

Joel Dean did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was amazing. He made sure that we were happy with the colour. Was very clean. Left absolutely no dust! If you want an excellent job, and you are fussy, Joel is the right guy for you. I would reccommend him any day.
