We had a very large front window replaced. It was approximately 6 ft x 24 ft. There was weather damage and the wood was rotting. Once the old window was removed a supervisor came to inspect the damage before the workers were allowed to move forward on the project. I was given an update price on the spot so I knew what to expect. We knew going into the project there was potential rot. Once the window was installed the supervisor came back to inspect it again and noticed the workers had put nails through the flashing on the outside. He immediately called someone to replace the entire flashing. He also had the trim inside the house replaced because I did not like the way it looked. They phoned several times to follow up and see if we were satisfied with the project. We were more than satisfied. I will use this company to eventually replace all my windows and doors in our house.

The quality and craftsmanship were above reproach. The installers did our windows in the middle of a cold snap in December and they worked tirelessly to install our windows efficiently. There is much to be said about a company that has been around for many, many years.

I had a wonderful experience with this company when the installers came to replace my kitchen window. They were clean, professional and very friendly. The service I received with the office staff was quite pleasant as well. I would reccommend this company to anybody thinking about replacing windows, siding or doors.

I would like to commend Greg Martineau Projects on the impressive job they have done with replacing all the windows in our house. We were looking for a company to do the complete job for start to finish – with Greg Martineau Projects: we have found that company.

From the initial contact and quote from Casper to the removing and installing the new windows, cleaning up outside and around the house to vacuuming the rooms inside after installation – all phases have been handled with pride and professionalism not found in most jobs done today.

All phases of the work were discussed with us and any needed changes brought to our attention for discussion or approval. My wife is thrilled with the new window ledge in the kitchen window for her herbs and plants.

I would highly recommend and not hesitate to recommend Greg Martineau Projects to any one looking at window replacement or a renovation job done to the highest standards.

"You may assume that due to all the problems with our new door install leaking that I would not use nor recommend Martineau to others.

In fact I feel the opposite. While I call into question using the siding guys to do the initial install of our door...Trevor and Martineau have been very professional in coming out and addressing the problem to the point of replacing the incorrectly installed frame.

I say this hoping the water problem is now fixed...cause we all hate that kind of stress...but still I am more than pleased knowing you guys stand behind your work and I would tell people that. Someone can get lucky all they want going with fly by night folks...but when a problem happens...they hope there is a reliability factor present.

In the future our plans are to replace our front entrance way door as well as our kitchen egress door and our upstairs master bedroom door. Also we have two basement bedroom windows that will eventually need replacing. So far you guys have done all our sunroom triple pane windows, one basement window and our garden doors. I see no reason not to go with Greg Martineau Projects again!"

We had GMP replace all the windows in our home over the past 10 years. We've had nothing but good service from quote (Andrew) through to install and maintenance. In fact Andrew is the ONLY salesperson I've ever met that made suggestions that work better with my home rather than just selling me the most expensive product he could. Terry their maintenance man is a wonderful person and does his job quietly, cleanly and efficiently. This company have really cared about my home, me and the work they did. There were a couple of hic-cups along the way but these were always dealt with professionally. If I needed windows again I'd certainly use them.

I am very pleased to say that we have had all of our window issues taken care of. Greg Martineau himself came to my house to speak with me directly about the issues and concerns that we had with our windows and we got all of our issues fixed. I am VERY happy with this company.
