Above & beyond! Made call & were here the next day to install. Left area cleaner that how they found it AND made some extra changes to improve performance & look of furnace! Great job!

We had a problem with our hot water pressure. The plumber with quite a lot of years experience described it as a unique problem, but was able to identify the cause and fix it in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Very satisfied.

The Ideal Plumbing Team showed up promptly even though it was after regular hours, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly and made a point of making sure all was cleaned up as if they had never been there. Job well done.

The thermostat that came with the installation could never be made to work. They charged me for a new one AND TOOK the one that came with the system for their own use. That one had cost $99. so in effect the new one REALLY cost me $245.90 AND STILL it failed. A third thermostat was purchased from them and they almost walked away with the second one also. I said, "Excuse me, that's mine! It was handed back. The third one also failed, I paid a new contractor to come and see what was wrong. It was the exterior sensor that was making trouble. SO: I paid for 3 thermostats and nothing wrong with any of them. I did keep telling them I thought it might have to do with the sensor and Ideal was adamant that was not and could not be the case. It was. The new guy removing a wire fixed all of the problems! They may get something right from time to time but I have not seen it. KEEP THEM AWAY FROM HEATING SYSTEMS!! Plumbing ONLY, maybe. I am so angry with these guys I could spit! Mark runs the show and needs to stop talking and start caring.

Gas was leaking from the pipe fittings so I called them up. They were able to come over quickly and outside regular work hours (9-5). They did the repair professionally for a reasonable price. I called them up later for another leak which turned out to be nothing, they didn't charge me for the re-inspection. Great company, friendly personal service. I would definitely recommend them.

The proprietor and does not supervise his crew. May last, a boiler was to be installed. They started by putting a 4" hole in the wrong basement wall and put the nearest window out of commission. After the installation was said to be done, it failed on day one. They almost left me with it for lack of an "error message" but one showed up has he was ready to leave, trash caught in a valve. He replaced the valve but did not clear any line. Just told me it could happen again any time. They failed to flush the system with the product that the manufacturer said MUST be used. (They told me flushing was optional but not doing it "May invalidate the warranty" according to the manufacturer. It took weeks to get the system correctly installed and only got proper hot water after sending pics to the head office. They promptly pointed out a misplaced valve and the installer asked me, "So where do they want it?" What?! I am supposed to tell him how to do his job? Some time later I was reading over the invoice and found no charge for the water conditioner. I phoned and found they had not used any, they then put the conditioner in. Here I am the first cold weather and both heat and hot water are failing to perform properly. I can not get the heat over 62-63F and the hot water cuts out the second an other faucet is touched. To try and get the heat up I bled the rads and found solid flecks of junk in the bleed off. (Lack of flushing?

This has been the installation from HE !!

Ideal plumbing and heating came by to clean out our central air this summer. Now it is getting colder and we noticed our heat wasn't working. We called a different company to fix this, and as it turns out, when ideal plumbing and heating came, they decided to turn off our heat unit so that they could take another couple of hundred bucks off of us. Terrible service

They fixed the leaks on two of our toilets. The leak is now gone, so i am happy. Thank you. Hopefully our water bill be lower next billing. I would recommend these guys from ideal plumbing and heating.

Had been avoiding making this phone call as we had no experience with plumbers and were prepared for the worst. Very thorough inspection and repair was made, good suggestions also provided for future prevention. Done in a very timely manner, excellent followup. It appears to be a very conscientious company. Will definately be calling them again should the need arise. Also got the senior's discount, with a future discount included in the followup letter. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

When our main water supply into our basement was leaking, it was 11pm and not many plumbers were available and we weren't sure what to do. Our house is older, and we were afraid to touch anything for fear of making it worse. We called Ideal, and they were able to come out after hours.

The plumber showed up and was very nice, and proceeded to tighten the loose connection that was the cause of the leak!

He explained at that point that he felt bad charging us the full emergency night rate (which was still reasonable), and took a bit off of it.

He was good dealing with our embarrassment of not knowing we could fix this ourselves, and was very kind, especially for being that late at night and being on call.

We were very happy with Ideal, and the next time we need a plumber, we will be sure to call them!
