We were recently on a reality TV Reno show and our kitchen was redone. The work was great, getting the finishing touches completed has been very frustrating..... eg: our 2 drawer dishwashers were not working. The production company was "struggling" to get anyone form Fisher and Paykel to return their calls. Within 15 min, I contacted head office in New Zealand who transferred me to Rapid Service Parts. Not only did Dawn from take ownership for the problem, but she was able to find the purchase order from head office and schedule a service call in 1.5 hours. We went from feeling out of control and frustrated to overjoyed. We literally lived one month without a working dishwasher and Dawn had it fixed within 2 hours. The repair man has also ordered better parts for the dishwasher because he wants us to get the best experience with the product. We've been thrilled with their customer service, and honestly recommend the company for turning the whole experience around for us.
