Absolutely horrifying experience. Electricians are not qualified nor licensed. There seems to be a major issue going on with this firm

Karan was the technician that serviced my freezer. He was very competent and efficient. Checked my freezer and ordered the correct part required for the repair. My freezer is up and running. I was very pleased with the service provided. Although a little on the expensive side for the part and labour, I was still happy as a new freezer would have cost me three times as much. Thank you Karan.

Tech came out and said I needed my motor replaced, I agreed to have the motor replaced and left him with an adult. Came home and was advised the issue was resolved and paid for, only for 9 days later the dryer to do the same thing! When I contacted ARC I was told the tech only performed a service rotation for $310.75 and that a new motor would be $410.75 plus taxes! Which I would NEVER agree to. This was not explained and had it been, no sensible person would agree to pay over $900 with taxes to fix a dryer when you can buy a brand new one for $500 plus taxes.

Customer service is poor at best and technician Jashan that came out was completely dishonest and completed something contrary to what was agreed upon and discussed.

Technician just came in to repair my stove and said I need to change the burner valve when the problem was with the knob and ignite. Gave me a quote of $600 to change the valve. Not required and very inefficient. Please avoid using them.

Incompetent technician, presumptuous, terrible service - do not use this firm. Waste of your money and time. Incapable of even putting the unit back together - leaked after the service even though never leaked before the service. Not returning calls within 30 days warranty service. I had to buy a new dishwasher.

Suggest Do not hire - they say $80 for inspection then bill you $333. - took 4 screws off the console and decide it was transmission at $732 meanwhile had another repair company fix problem which was not the transmission only a repair under the drum which their employee failed to even check though he was told that was the problem

I dont usually repair appliances but for some reason did this time . It was a mistake . Spent over $1000 on washing machine repair only to have it break down about one month after their service . Appliances are disposable now . Dont waste time and money on repair . BUY NEW !

They charged me $350 plus tax for a diagnose.
After a week and calling three times to follow up, they said that they could not get the parts, that it's not available?
Strangely, as I am able to order the parts myself directly from the manufacture and it's in stock.
Now they want to charge me for labour even thought they said that I would only pay for the parts and that there would be no extra charge for them to come back to fix the unit. What is the 90 days warranty for?
I paid a total of $400 for absolutely nothing.
They are completely corrupt.

Had a washer that wouldn't drain. I called Appliance Repair Crew and their technician claimed to have fixed the issue. I paid 310.75 only to discover the following day that the machine is still broken. Their office hangs up when I call and refuses to deal with it. Avoid at all cost.
