Alex and John installed my new furnace on the coldest day of the winter. They arrived on time, were courteous and efficient. They explained the features and showed me how to program the thermostat. All in all, a good experience. The next day, an error message showed up on the thermostat display. I called and they sent a repairman out within a couple of hours. He checked out the install and all was good, then replaced the pressure switch that caused the fault message. So far, so good.

Boehmers/Cronin Emery Service Expert carried out an annual furnace inspection; and found a cracked heat exchanger. Leading into the coldest weekend of this winter, I did not relish the idea of being without heat. My landlord met with Boehmers and Cosco sales reps that afternoon (Devon) and the next day (Al), for quotes. A decision was made on the replacement furnace; and installation was scheduled for the morning of the fourth day. Curtis and Julian did a great job of installing the new high efficiency furnace; working professionally, and efficiently; and left the site clean and tidy. They were friendly and communicated well the technical aspects of the new furnace; and trained me well on the operation of the new programmable thermostat. I commend them.

Great Service

Had a great experience with the whole company. From the quick responses of Luke to see what was wrong with the old furnace to Yuri selling us a new one. All that was done on Friday. By Monday we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and running by Rob and John. These two gentleman kept the place clean, very polite and professional at all times and took everything away with them when they were done. Learned how to use the system quickly. I would recommend these people to anyone. Service was great.

Mark has been taking care of my furnace for three years.Always courteous and thoughtful re: floors and foot ware..although it wouldn't matter.. He explains what he is doing and answers my questions so I can understand and carry on through to the next service appointment. He provides good advice.e.g. re: filters..replacements as necessary.
