My Advice: that you NEVER do business with ENERCARE.
My furnace is always serviced annually & passed inspection last Fall. Now February, and the motor failed two days ago. A new motor is covered under service plan, but there isnt one around & it may be DAYS to get one sent here. The temperature is -17° Celsius tonight and I am struggling to maintain +8°C inside the house. I am very concerned that the water pipes will freeze tonight. Weve made numerous calls to Enercare for some space heaters on loan, until a motor is found. It is now more than 8 hours since space heaters were promised - nothing! No call backs either. Weve spent all day calling & on hold with customer service reps far and wide. They DO NOT get back to you as promised, and they dont respect Urgency.
So, if you dont mind spending all your time on the phone, talking to people who DO NOT CARE, then choose Enercare for your home energy system, and maintenance. Two thumbs down!
