I'm very please with the recent service I received. Our furnace died after 20 years of faithful service so the service man sent Yuri over the next day to discuss all our options. Even over the Easter weekend they got things ready to go and by Monday at 8:30AM Rob & John arrived with all the new equipment, installed an entire heating and cooling system and were out of the house by 4:00PM. They didn’t leave a single piece of garbage or dirt, it was like no one was ever there. These guys were pros from start to finish. Very much appreciated and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Very professional. Both guys (Bob/John) were very friendly and kept me informed of what was going on. After the job was completed I was away but they took the time to show my wife everything they did and how things worked. We are both very pleased with the result.

Upgrade a very old furnace and AC system after moving into our house. Outstanding service from Iurie in selecting our products. Rob and John did an awesome job with the installation. Quick, easy, and everything is working flawlessly.

He advised against the electronic air filter I had and replaced it with a regular air filter and used the electronics to hook up the humidifier to run continuously while the fan was running full time even when the furnace wasn't heating.

We have been with Boehmers in it's various incarnations since we first moved to Guelph in 1973. We have purchased one oil and 2 gas furnaces from them over the years. Each installation has been done promptly and efficiently. The installation and service staff are great. We are on a yearly service plan. Russ has been our serice rep for many of these years. He is quick and efficient, has honest, helpful advice and a good sense of humour. We trust him, and by association, the company.

In late January we decided to have both our aging furnace and air conditioner replaced. We had used Boehmers/Cronin-Emery many times previously since they had installed our last furnace over 15 years ago. Iurie (Yuri), the salesperson, did a fine job explaining the work that would be done and the installers, Rob and Jonathan, did an excellent job of installing the equipment, not an easy task considering they were working in a finished basement area and had to vent the pipes through a finished ceiling. The work went very well and included good explanations of the equipment and how it worked. The furnace works great and I'm sure the air conditioner will work just as well, once the summer arrives and we can try it out. They left the house tidy and clean after installing everything in one full day. Great work! I would definitely recommend this company.

We were very impressed with the quick response to our call during the coldest week of the year so far. Luke, the Service Technician was knowledgeable and clearly outlined our options when he found our old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and would need to be replaced. He set up an appointment with Al, the Sales Consultant for the same day so we could get heat back in our house as soon as possible. Al also clearly gave us options and prices on heat and cooling systems we could choose from and did not pressure us at all. Our new furnace was installed the next day by Alex and Curtis who were professional and friendly. They went over how to use the new thermostat with us and answered all our questions with a high level of knowledge. We are enjoying the remarkable improvement in heating in our entire house - our old furnace never heated our upstairs bedrooms like this! We were very happy with the service and new furnace from the first emergency call we made to the final clean up after installation of the new furnace - all done within 24 hours!
