nce again we are so pleased with the service, punctuality and quality of the workmanship from Boiler Pro, During this last very cold snap, our boiler wasn't working properly. A serviceman came immediately early on a Saturday morning. He fixed the problem temporarily until they could come back with the piece. Boiler Pro could have charged us for the extra service call but instead, Alec spent over an hour making sure everything was right and then took the time to teach me exactly how the Ductlesd air conditioner/ heat pump and boiler work together. He clearly explained everything, was polite and generous with his time. We love our boiler and the guys who take care of it! I would recommend this company to my closest friends!

First time using No el Care and very happy with my decision.We have just moved and are getting accustomed to our new place. Alan and his team were so helpful & patient while Installing our new high efficiency boiler and multi head ductless air conditioner. Really appreciate good service these days. We've been dealing with Novel care for the past 12 years. We get our annual boiler check up done by them every year. Anytime we call into the office we get greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Their techs are also very friendly and also knowledgeable. Last week ,we had the pleasure of having our annual comprehensive check done by Gary. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. It was very apparent that he wanted to take his time to make sure that he checked that everything was in acceptable running condition before he left. He also gave his professional recommendations on things we could change in order to improve our boiler set up without being pushy and aggressive. Novel care is definitely a company we trust and will always recommend to our friends and family. They are always a pleasure to deal with.

I had Novel care come to my rental property to look at a boiler issue we were having. Our technician was Hami and he was great! All the steps were explained, the issue was found and fixed, and future maintenance recommendations were priced out and given.
I appreciate the service, from the office staff who booked the appointment, to our on-site technician Hami, Everybody was friendly and ready to help, and the job got done in an efficient and timely manner.

Our boiler’s ignitor broke on a Friday afternoon with low temperatures set for the weekend ( 95 apartment units). I called at 5:45 to see if they had a replacement and they stayed late to make sure We got our heat back up and running. The customer service was amazing and they even followed up On Saturday morning to make sure all is well, The item was pricey, but much cheaper than an after hour service call if they didn't help so quickly.

Two gentlemen who came to my home to install our new boiler "wowed" my wife and myself from start to finish with there great personality/service. My carpet was dirty Outside off the boiler room, even was not there’s but the hunger guy grabbed his vacuum from his van and cleaned the entire floor, he side just in case. Will use them again.

Nothing bad to say about my wife's interaction with the novel care . Even during their (presumably) busiest time of year we got quick and friendly service. They were able to install new high efficiency boiler , get our house heating back up, and on his way to the next. Thank you good sir!

Our boiler stopped heating, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. They tried to troubleshoot a bit over the phone, but we realized it was something that would require a technician. A technician was, thankfully, able to get out to our house within the same day. He was very good at explaining what was going on with the boiler and quickly addressed the issue. He also provided us some tips on how to prevent the same problems from occurring in the future. Overall, our experience with Novel Care and the technician that came to the house was excellent. Would call them again and recommend to them to others.

Courteous friendly service from Gary today. Was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved in a couple of hours. Have been using Novel care since 2016 and am not disappointed. Gary has been helpful is sorting everything out. Even though the boiler part was covered under warranty, we chose to go with Novel Care and pay for the visit as we know it will be resolved.

Great company to deal with. Quick to set up appointment and to respond to any questions I had. Alan is very knowledgeable and the installers (Mike and Ryan ) did a really clean installing my boiler and ductless air conditioning system . Would do business again.
