We've been dealing with Novel care for the past 12 years. We get our annual boiler check up done by them every year. Anytime we call into the office we get greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Their techs are also very friendly and also knowledgeable. Last week ,we had the pleasure of having our annual comprehensive check done by Gary. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. It was very apparent that he wanted to take his time to make sure that he checked that everything was in acceptable running condition before he left. He also gave his professional recommendations on things we could change in order to improve our boiler set up without being pushy and aggressive. Novel care is definitely a company we trust and will always recommend to our friends and family. They are always a pleasure to deal with.
