Commercial boiler emergency repair
Our boiler’s ignitor broke on a Friday afternoon with low temperatures set for the weekend ( 95 apartment units). I called at 5:45 to see if they had a replacement and they stayed late to make sure We got our heat back up and running. The customer service was amazing and they even followed up On Saturday morning to make sure all is well, The item was pricey, but much cheaper than an after hour service call if they didn't help so quickly.
