Been having freezer issues for weeks, thawing, condensation, etc. Val came out and realized that it was a simple frost build up in some of the mechanism, he repaired it quickly. He could very easily of just left - but he helped me empty out the freezer and clean the racks and buckets and put it all back .... very helpful, professional and kind. Would highly recommend him and would have him back for any other issues.

Val came promptly on time and assessed and told us what the problem was. Very professional in how he worked and kept his area of work clean after all was completed. Thanks for all your help!

I hate repair companies. They lack professionalism even simple manners. I wonder how some of them even stay in business.
I had the Sears guy negotiating with my wife about why he shouldn't provide a service. (Truly Puzzling).

This review could be a 5 star but it was very hard to get service due to our more remote location. This was a warranty repair so after much pressure on Dacor it was accomplished. Repairman Scott was excellent, arrived on time, knowledgable and professional. Mother board was replaced and I have not had further issues.

There was a significant delay in the arrival of the parts which meant an approximate month wait before repairs could be made. When the repair was finally done the technicians, Scott and Everald, were courteous, knowledgable and timely. Thank you. Oven works great now!

Everald was very courteous and efficient. He was very careful not to damage my newly finished floors. The repair was done quickly and he went through everything he fixed and showed me that all was working well.

Val was on time and and very knowledgeable. He replaced the burner section and keypad for my decor range. Highly recommended. I have used them for most of my Dacor appliance repairs.

This is the third time I've dealt with HAR. The first was on a kitchen aid fridge. The service guy was rude. Walked through my house with his shoes and started telling me the warranty was void because I took a cover off to see if there was something obvious. 4 weeks later he came by to "fix" the problem but didn't do it right. I had another guy come in the fix the problem properly.
I just had them come again for another issue on another appliance. The guy was supposed to be here between 11-1pm. When he didn't show I called 3 times with no answer. At 3pm he showed up. No "sorry" or anything. When I asked what happened he said "I tell all my customers its APPROXIMATE time".
This company is brutal.
Apparently it's going to be 2 weeks for the part....

Stay away from this company. I put a service call in January 2015, my machine was not fixed until the first week of April. It took them 3 visits to my house as the drum was damaged, they left my machine in pieces while I waited for a new drum which we couldn't wash any clothes until it was repaired. They finally replaced the drum, which still had a dent in it, they ruined my hardwood floors and damaged my dryer vent. I had left 5 messages for Merv to call me with no success and now I have been trying to call the owner, Everald and no one has returned my call since. I will never let these guys come into my house again and I will let all my friends and work colleagues know of my experience to ensure they do not use these guys. Their lack of response and workmanship is poor to say the least and do not care about their customers
