Val came out to look at an issues we have with our stove in our Dacor dual range. Although we are still waiting for the part, Val reported what the issue was and what was impacted in the interim. He also took the time to assist with some questions on electric ignition and even changing the water filter on the fridge. He was very courteous and efficient. I will check in once the new part is installed.

My leaking washer had an F20/F22 error code. The rubber around the door was entangled in our clothes,my husband was travelling and I needed the use of this machine. I called Home Appliance and Valrene (bless her) squeezed me in for service the nxt day even though they were fully booked. Kolec was my assigned serviceman and what a Fantastic job he did, he was in full uniform, put on his booties to protect my floors ,came with the part and he repaired it the same visit. Kolec even cleaned out many coins and objects from the pump which was an example of going the extra mile. Returning home from vacation and finding our fridge not working is not the nicest experience. I called HAR and they had Val come onsite a day later. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained in plain language what was wrong and approximately the cost to repair the item. HAR contacted me the following day with the cost of the part and booked in my next appointment to correct the issue. Farshid expertly diagnosed the problem with our double oven, ordered the correct part and expediently and professionally changed the part and it works. Forced is a very experienced repair man and knows his appliances.

On February 23,2015 I had service done by your firm on the freezer of my refrigerator. This service was covered by the Warranty. The service person's name was Ayman. Ayman was very friendly from the time he walked in my front door until he left. He was able to fix the problem with my freezer and explained to me why it happened and how to not have it happen again.
