Our Sub-Zero Freezer stopped working and after speaking directly with a Sub-Zero representative, we were directed to Kampen Appliance Service.
The lady who handled our call (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) clarified our warranty status and when there was a discrepancy in which costs were covered, she was kind enough to verify with Sub-Zero.
Andrew was our tech and he called ahead of arriving and was on time. He was very professional and answered any questions I had about the issue and he diagnosed and addressed it quickly and neatly.
Thanks to the Kampen team our Freezer is back up and running.
