Kampen is the only Factory authorized Sub Zero factory repair service and as a result have a monopoly and as such are expensive. A competent technician was dispatched at a cost just shy oy $275 to diagnose the issue with our Sub Zero under counter wine cooler. The good news was that the parts were still within the 12 year warranty period + extra for the labour. I received a quote of $1356.00 flat rate for the labour to repair including refigerant. After researching a replacement unit at a cost of around $6k, I reluctantly decided to proceed with the repair. Kampen charge $35/15 minutes for labour. The extremeley competant technician replaced the coils and refrigerant in 2 hours, that included a new gasket on my Sub Zero refrigerator. The fixed quote for labour was $875. This equates to 6.25 hours. Assuming travel time of 1 hour each way, the job if quoted on an hourly basis would have been $560 (with travel at $140/hour as well). When challenged they indicated that they charge a fixed rate as some repairs are more complicated than others. While their service was excellent, they are extremely expensive and hence my rating, given that I did not have a choice in selecting anoter Factory Authorized Repair facaility and given that their technician diagnosed the issue at an additional charge and knew the exact problem and I am sure had done a similar repairs previously.

We were very hesitant to buy from Modern Sense after reading reviews on this site. They do however have an amazing showroom and after browsing their inventory we found a Floor Model Sectional that we liked and at a reasonable price. We also have has a spate of grandchildren join our family the COVID period and have been looking for a large extension dining table to accommodate the family. We found one here to. The salesperson was attentive and told us we could expect delivery within 2 weeks as the table was aviable. Based on the bad reviews, I told my wife to not be overly enthusiastic about getting these before the holidays, when we were expecting a large family gathering. Delivery ecpected December 6th. On December 4th we got a call from the delivery company and told us to expect them on December 6th between 4 & 7 pm. lo and behold a truck arrived on december 6th at 5pm with our purchases. The 3 delivery people, Sagar, Gautam and Adish were extremely polite and courteous and did not complain about having to carry these heavy items up one flight of stairs. They assembled everything and knew what they were doing. Great delivery! The only negative experience was that when we purchaed the s stuff they advised that packing materiald would not be taken away and ths was the case. Not only was their a ton of cardboard and wrapping plastic, but also wooden palettes. It took me about three hours to break it all down into manageable components in to meet city garbage requirements to take it away.take it away.

Our kitchen in the self contained apartment in our home was in good shape however it was very dark and we decided to lighten it. Also our island in the main kitchen was worse for wear after 7 years of incessant use. paintsquad was a delight to deal with, with a price gven after photos were submitted and an appointment with Jeff was made to confirm pricing. The Techs. arrived on the confirmed date and spent a couple of days on site and were excellent to deal with and did a remarkable job. Doors and drawers were taken to the shop for painting and reinstalled a couple of weeks later. We were absolutely delighted with the quality of the finished product and would highly recommend this company for cabinet repainting.

Had a reoccurring problem with an exterior sump pump and needed emergency service - called several companies and this was the only company that responded immediately and sent Dayvid out to deal with this arriving within 30 minutes at 10pm at night. He was courteous, thoughtful and proposed a solution that would solve the issue. He returned during the next day as he needed to purchase a special valve and was very efficient at installing it. This is my go-to plumbing company from now on.......

Have had an ant issue on my main floor for two years. bought various ant bait control items from hardware store that worked for a while and then them little pesky buggers were back. Called Vugar (Vlad) and he was able to come the next day. Provided a quote which I accepted and he got to work. He was fast, efficient and polite. He used a combination of dust and gel which seemed to do the trick as after a couple of hours all i could find were dead ants. Hopefully they will take the bait to the queen. Only time will tell!!!

Called them and they dispatched a Technician within a few hours. He resolved the problem and removed an item that had jammed it in less than 1/2 hour. no parts needed. The only issue was that it was fairly pricey. I guess you pay for good responsive service. Had a similar issue a few years back, and paid a lot less with another company.

Dan installed a Generac generator in my new home 3 years ago and the installation was seamless and included all permits and inspections. Vibe have been doing the annual servicing and the performance of the equipment has been perfect without a moment of blackout when neighbours have been without power on the odd occasion. I highly recommend Dan and Vibe who are always courteous

I discovered a large honest nest above the front door to our home that was extremely difficult to reach due the height and a projecting plexiglass canopy. Paul Adam was quick to respond even though it was a weekend. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to deal with even with his "ghostbusters" uniform and paraphernalia.

No wonder this company has 10*s. They deserve it! I used them several years ago for the purchase and install of a free standing gas fireplace and the service was exemplary. Therefore I went back to them again as we recently downsized and felt the fireplace in the living room was really not appropriate for the room and wanted it replaced. I was surprised that as soon as I entered the store, Alan Baroey , the owner, greeted me warmly using my name. I am a retired "picky" Architect, and therefore was aware that what I was proposing was not just a simple purchase and install. We were unable to find the appropriate fireplace to do what I wanted even after an exhaustive internet search by both of us. Nevertheless we came up with a solution that would satisfy my needs, however the install would need some custom work. We also decided to relocate the existing fireplace to the master bedroom, rather than just abandon it. On the day of the install he sent two crews, one for each task and the six technicians were most courteous, did an excellent job, an ensured everything was shipshape even though the install was more complicated as a custom vent cover needed to be produced and installed. Alan even went as far as having a special reflective porcelain liner removed from his own fireplace recently installed at his home, taken out and installed in my fireplace as the supplier was out of stock. Now that is service! You won't go wrong using Marsh's.

Excellent service! A pleasure to deal with such a professional and responsive company that provides a very good product, raccoon proof storage shed with an ingenious simple locking mechanism that has thwarted every attempt by raccoons to get at my green bins contents. Delivered and installed as promised.
