I did a major renovation and addition 12 years ago and replaced all the existing windows plus added some new windows for the addition. There was nothing wrong with the existing windows but they were 20 years old and I wanted all the windows to match. I was assured the Inline windows would be superior than the ones I was replacing so I assumed they should be trouble free for at least as long as the existing windows. I recently had a seal fail with moisture between the glass. I contacted Inline and was told my windows are not under warranty and the cost to repair the window would be over 2,100.00. I never had a seal fail on the old windows which were cheaper than the Inline windows. This window failed after only 12 years and now I am concerned about how long the rest will last. It appears as though these windows weren't worth the extra cost.

The windows are great. What an improvement over the old vinyl windows. The installation guys are even better. They took the time and installed them right. You would never know the windows were replaced.

We recently purchased windows and sliding door from Inline Fiberglass company. We are grateful for this decision as the quality engineering, glass type and hardware used to manufacture these is the best in all aspects. We were thrilled to see the sliding door with height and width over 10 feet produced and delivered as one piece. I was deeply touched by the company culture of integrity and respect. Amazing leadership at all levels towards customer satisfaction!

Upgraded from PVC to fiberglass. The quality of the windows is superior to any other windows that I've come across while shopping around. I'd definitely choose Inline again because I'm very happy with the product.

We were interested in replacing all 19 windows along with the patio sliding door in our house. The quality, size, and aesthetics of the fiberglass options from Inline Fiberglass really stood out to us compared to alternatives such as vinyl. We figured the cost is offset by the better insulation and increased house value. However, we are very picky shoppers, so it is nice to be able to say that Inline Fiberglass exceeded our expectations.
The sales team helped us select the designs and colors that best complimented our house. The installation was impeccable, our furniture was protected and there was not a single scratch out of place. And the end product couldn’t be more impressive. The immediate compliments from neighbors and visitors aside, there is something to be said about the quality of the product when you're just as drawn to looking at the window as you are to looking through the window at the outside world.

Replaced all the windows in the house and even added a sliding door to a newly built sun-room. The quality of Inline's windows is exceptional. The installation went smoothly and I'm very pleased with the windows. As such, I highly recommend Inline, they're local and have excellent service.

Unbelievable service from start to finish. We were given different options for us to choose. They were able to customize our order to make it work out the way we envisioned it. We would like to first start off by saying how disappointing the service is. We placed our order on August 2 and as of this review, it's been 12 weeks. We still do not have a firm delivery date from Inline. I was initially promised a delivery date of end of Sep. A week before the end of Sep, having not heard back from Inline for a delivery date, we followed up with our sales rep. It was incredibly difficult to get a hold of the sales rep. We tried to email, call and leave multiple voice mails. When we finally got a hold of the sales rep we learned that there was a mistake and that our windows will not be ready end of Sep. So we asked for a revised date, and he was UNABLE to provide one. We called each week to try to get an update but each week we were been disappointed. It is now 12 weeks since our order and still NO delivery date confirmed. For the amount of money we are spending we expect more transparent and open communication from Inline. How do you trust a business that can't keep their promise?
