The windows that I've purchased from Inline have outperformed my old aluminum windows. The windows have really made a difference during the cold days this past winter. I'm happy that I went with Inline because I believe their windows are high quality. 5/5 Thank you!!!

Entire house window renewal

We recently upgraded the windows in our home as part of a large renovation. While shopping around and initially thinking we would go with standard vinyl windows we kept hearing how fibreglass windows are better, will last longer and are stronger. We also heard they could be as much as twice the price so we were not optimistic when we attended Inline Fiberglass Ltd.
We are thrilled to say that we found Inline's prices were very close to that of the lowest quote we had for vinyl. At their home office we were also given a tour of the factory in which the windows are actually made to order. With the help and advice of Inline staff we were able to design the style of windows we wanted and were thrilled with the choices. As pleased as we were to this point the highlight was the installation. Brothers Mike and Tony along with their crew were simply the best. They took great care and showed evident pride in their work. They overcame every obstacle and the installation, which included a new patio door where a single door and window had been previously, went without a hitch. I never thought at the start of our renovations that replacing all our windows would be a highlight but Inline Fibreglass made it a great experience and we are thrilled with the look. Highly recommended!

New Home Project

We installed Inline windows and doors in our new modern custom home. We have a large window footprint in the house and they have been fantastic in hot and cold weather - the house is very comfortable year round.

Inline was a pleasure to work with and helped us choose the best solution for our custom project.

Highly recommend Inline products and services.

Good service, but DRAFTY EXPENSIVE WINDOWS, Poor Quality Frames

I ordered 21 windows and 2 patio doors from this company. Spent over $30,000 with expectations that this company's windows would make my home warmer by not allowing as much air to pass through compared to 25 year old existing windows (old windows were wood inside and PVC outside). I was told:

- frame and glass of window are both made of fiberglass so they will expand and contract equally not causing seal breaks or warps like wood and PVC...they told me this on a factory tour, saying that glass expands/contracts differently from other materials
- fiberglass does not transfer heat or cold like aluminum or steel frames

The windows look gorgeous but the quality of the glass and frame are not on par. The fiberglass frame has very poor insulation inside, not even filling the entire cavity so lots of cold air sits in there from the outside...look at my thermal imaging photos. It's extremely cold to the touch from inside. See my photos...these frames are very poor quality and will run below 5 degrees in the winter. I was told that the cold draft was the result of normal air flowing downward from the glass.

The glass is also of poor quality.... I ordered double pane windows and even triple pane in some rooms and the heat loss is worse than my 25 year old windows. There are drafts that come in through these windows and into the home, it's a major problem when combined with the very poor frames that they use.

I contacted customer service and they replaced one window but still same issue...that's when I saw how cheap the insulation they use is. It's literally an empty frame with some foam insulation and they added a "backer rod" which is a rubberized looking thin roll to help block the draft from outside.

I've had to spend more money to get indoor window inserts from a different company to stop these crazy drafts. The patio doors are even worse...I had to install heated floors to stop them from letting frost in (inside the home)! Again see photos for reference, you can't make this stuff up.

Worse part is, I contacted Inline again to see if I could pay to upgrade the glass to triple pane and was told by my rep it won't make a difference from what I have. I would normally double check this but I believe him since one room in my home already has triple pane windows and we hear dogs barking through it easily with the same cold draft as the double pane windows...

I do not recommend these windows because they allow noise and drafts to pass through very easily.
