I recently purchased the appliances from the brick store and I got an opportunity to deal with Mr. Sanjay he’s very knowledgable And a skilled salesperson , he guided me and suggested me which will be the best laundry as per my needs .so I will highly recommend him. All the best To Sanjay and Brick
Worst customer experience ever had!
Ordered appliances and sleeper sectional sofa on 5th October, 2018.. As promised by the sales associate Mr. Dhaval Patel the product would be delivered close to 10 days. Called the store on 16th Oct, the lady was rude on the phone which is secondary. Coming the product she told it would be available next week and will call me back for delivery. Waited for another 10 days and called the store again another rude lady stated due to canada post strike delivery will be delayed. My question is what has canada post to do with delivery? Called them again on 7th November, the lady told one part of the sofa is available so they are waiting on the second part which will arrive by 14th November and the delivery will be scheduled. Waited till today (24th November, 2018) and called the store. The lady who answered was rude, i guess thats the way the store manager trained them to ask the phone number of a customer? The lady told product will be available 2nd week of December only.
I strongly feel at this point, i have paid them money for a product which is not available at all.
Its a 100% worst service, acknowledging Mr. Dhaval he assured me to get back with the status of delivery and does not reply to my calls or texts anymore (have the proofs of conversation).
I am glad, my friends who wanted to shop at the brick changed their mind to another competitor..
I paid for 5 yr extended warranty and my washer has had the same problem for over 4 years with at least over 4 service calls but no one is willing to replace the faulty washer & they're just going to wait till my warranty expires. Transglobal is the warranty company and their customer service is horrible with no shows and long wait time for parts. I've been wo a washer for 3 weeks with no end in sight. The company looses all previous record of service calls to avoid replacement. It's horrible...buy elsewhere.
There is nothing more annoying than the sales people in the brick. They pounce as soon as you step foot inside the store and then follow you around the entire time. The salesman I dealt with was not helpful at all. I had already done my research online prior to stepping foot in the store and knew exactly what I wanted. He actually told me they didn't have what I was looking for! I do love the bunk bed and delivery guys were great. However, next time I need furniture I will not be headed to the brick.
The staff was courteous and very friendly. The store was neat and extremely organized and I didn't have a hard time finding what I wanted. The sales girl was more interested in helping find what I wanted than something pricier. When I received my furniture it was wrapped and there was no damage on product. The furniture looks great and I will shop there again.
