I have known Steve for 40 years. I would not want anyone else to help me with repairs to my appliances. He returns calls right away..comes as fast as he can..helps solve problems over the phone before he comes if he can..I call him before I purchase anything new..HE KNOWS!....sometimes when I can't be home I just leave a key for him...totally trustworthy.

Steve Brannan is a pleasure to deal with. I have used him for years. He responds immediately, is professonal, remarkably knowledgeable about appliances and tells you frankly whether the appliance is worth fixing or not, and the exact cost. Its all upfront, a "no aggravation service" and I don't question the cost because I trust him to be fair and to follow up if there is a problem.

Steve was extremely prompt in replying to my email request for service. He arrived when he said he would, outlined what could happen if the repair was not successful and was very efficient, polite and tidy!!

We have been using Brannan's Applicance Repair for many years, and Steve has never let us down. He is consistantly prompt in responding to phone calls and providing service, and honest with respect to repair options. I trust him completely.

I called Steve asking if he could help with a 3 year old dishwasher that was no longer cleaning my dishes. He said he would be here within 2 - 3 hours. Only about an hour and a half later he was here. Throughout the whole process, he showed me what he was finding (lots of crud!), advised why it was likely happening, replaced a seal, and gave me lots more advice on what to do to further clean it out (several empty run-throughs and one more with CLR). I have been suffering for about 6 months with dirty dishes because I had come to believe that the dishwasher was just not very good. (What can I say - this is my first dishwasher - incredible, I know.) Wow, I really wish I had called Steve a long time ago. Would have saved me months of frustration and hand-washing of dirty dishes straight out of the dishwasher. He was friendly, prompt, courteous, and worth every penny I paid for the repair. Thanks, Steve - the dishes are sparkling!!

Steve came to look at my leaky maytag washer and told me it was not worth repairing and that the repair job would cost $600. my best option was to purchase a new washer at a retailer of his recommendation. when i asked that he fix the washer, he was unbelievably arrogant: he would gladly take my money and see me in 3 months, at which time he would say "i told you so". i found a real repairman who fixed my washer for $200 in less than an hour and guaranteed his work for 6 months.

Steve came to the house to fix our washer. He was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. He had the parts we needed to fix the washer that day. I’ve recommended him to friends and will call him again for any appliance repair.

I would recommend Brannan's Appliance Repair to all of my friends. I had called the company because we had a party later that night and needed all 4 burners on my 10 year old stove to work. We were out of luck for the day because only 3/4 of them were working and that would not be enough to satisfy the amount of food we required to be made. Upon the call, Brannan arrived at my door step after just 3 hours of notice. He explained that I needed to replace the coil and since I knew nothing about appliances, I was not willing to take that task on. He claimed he can have it fixed within minutes and I was surprised to see that he did. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and even decided to inspect the oven for any other problems. He informed me that it was normal wear and tear and that I should not be worried because he would have it replaced free of charge if it occurs again within the year. Great quality, communication and trust between myself and the company.
