Ravi called right away on my inquiry and set up a time the next day to assess my situation. He called in the morning to confirm and arrived on time with the tools he needed. He quickly found the parts that needed replacing and came back, fixed all, was quiet, neat, tidied up and never made anything a mystery. Thank you! I highly recommend him.

Early one morning I received the dreaded text from a tenant with a broken refrigerator. I called Steve..he replied right away.. and he contacted the tenant..went that day and repaired what needed to be done immediately. Happy tenant….happy me…no new refrigerator needed to be bought…Steve had the parts and the expertise and the organization to get it done right away. Has been working with me for 35 years…would never use anyone else!!!…Go Steve!

I have known Steve for 40 years. I would not want anyone else to help me with repairs to my appliances. He returns calls right away..comes as fast as he can..helps solve problems over the phone before he comes if he can..I call him before I purchase anything new..HE KNOWS!....sometimes when I can't be home I just leave a key for him...totally trustworthy.
