Drain Plan

I had a clogged drain. Ive had a couple of clogged drains over the years so I knew what needed to be done. I wanted the drain to be snaked. I called two companies and both companies wanted to use a camera first at a high cost rather than just snake the drain as I was requesting. I put my information on Homestars and Ravi called me back right away and we settled on an appointment for the next day. In less than an hour my drain was snaked. We tested by running shower and flushing toilet several times and nothing backed up. Seems to be fixed. Ravi was honest and professional. I appreciate the time he took and the advice that was given. Also, cost compared to what others were charging is fair. Thanks!

Ravi from Drain Plan installed a new kitchen faucet and improved my washer/dryer connections. He came promptly, gave me an estimate, and returned the next day to do the project. He did a good job and cleaned up before leaving.

He replaced two shower cartridges that were apparently defective. Quick and easy with a pleasant demeanour.

Ravi came to install 2 Faucets, a filtered water spout, a soap dispenser and replace my ancient brass kitchen drain. I had previously purchased the faucets. He also had to replace the kitchen dishwasher drain hose that was old. All of these jobs were very hard to do but Ravi persisted and managed to do it all. Some old plumbing is very hard to remove and replace but Ravi got the job done. Thanks Ravi for getting everything finished and working.

Ravi came in advance to check out the scope of the job, so when he came to do the work he was totally prepared. He was prompt, which I always appreciate. Then when he was done, he checked multiple times to make sure everything worked properly and that everything was sealed. He was lovely, diligent and did a great job. I will definitely use him again.

Ravi really went above and beyond to fix the problem, which was a lot more difficult than expected. He had to do multiple trips but always with a great attitude and looking to cause the least amount of damage possible due to the location of the broken pipe.

Ravi called right away on my inquiry and set up a time the next day to assess my situation. He called in the morning to confirm and arrived on time with the tools he needed. He quickly found the parts that needed replacing and came back, fixed all, was quiet, neat, tidied up and never made anything a mystery. Thank you! I highly recommend him.

Ravi was very helpful and all his work was very transparent. You knew exactly what he was doing and why. Plus I liked the fact that he explained the problem and gave you choices on how to proceed.
