Steve called me back in 10 minutes. Before arriving he guided me over the phone how to do couple of things to assure the problem is real and not something I can fix by myself like resetting the switch etc. When it didn't help he came to my house at the same day and within an hour the problem was gone. He also gave valuable instructions of how better treat the appliance in general. If I had to summarize I would say: levels of professionalism and service beyond any expectations! I already recommended Steve to one of my friends who has problem with his washing machine.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Brannan's Appliance Repair to friends and family. One morning I found that the fridge and freezer had stopped working. I found Steve on Homestars, left a message and he called back in 5 minutes. He gave me a rundown of costs for coming by, had me check a few things to make sure it was worth repairing, and gave me a range of what things could cost. He was here in 45 minutes, and had the fan and motor (which had seized) repaired in about an hour, within the price range he had quoted. He also was able to tell me that the food was still in the 'safe' temperature zone, and that the fridge still had a lot of life left in her. Great service. Steve called me back promptly last night, and was at my door this morning. Fridge fixed in five minutes - he knew exactly what the problem was with the defrost sensor, had all the right parts with him already, and had me up and chilling again in no time. Sure beats buying a new fridge!

He also did not charge any extra for listening to my own amateur theories of what the problem might be. :-)

Steve was honest, effective and professional. Gave me good advice over the phone before he was hired, and then provided excellent service when he came to service my washer. Took time to explain the problem and solution. Friendly, affordable, highly recommended!

Steve was great. Came out quickly and fixed the problem equally fast. Even showed me how he fixed the issue (which would recur every once in a while) and I've done it a few times myself since. I need a new dishwasher but until then Steve has saved me a few bucks!

I needed to replace both a broken oven door glass and the gas on/off switch on one of the elements. I emailed Steve and he responded very quickly. He gave me a firm quote over the phone once we determined exact parts based on model numbers. Once the parts arrived he set up a repair time and arrived right on schedule. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing (I guess 30 years of practice makes perfect). He was a pleasure to have in my home. I will definitely be using him again if I need any major appliance repair.
