Noticed my water heater was leaking and called Reliance at 4pm. They were able to send someone over right away at 9pm. Upon inspection, they needed to install a brand new water heater and another service appointment was scheduled for 2 days later. Luckily, the leaking was minimal. Daniel (#2707) came as scheduled and replaced the water heater within one hour. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and needed to turn the gas and water off for the duration. He also placed mats over my carpet in the basement to prevent water damage as he wheeled the water heater away. The leaking water was a brownish-red colour so luckily it did not damage my carpet. I am very happy with the service provided by both Daniel (#2707) and Reliance.

Milorad did an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash. He and his son finsihed the job in 2 days and did not leave a mess afterwards. The tiles look amazing and changed the whole look of our kitchen. Since my husband and I both had to work, my mother was over to let them in and out of the house. They were very courteous to my mother as well! My apologies for not writing this review earlier. Thanks Milorad. I highly recommend your services to everyone. A++

Alan from Allmax did an amazing job. He was quick to respond to emails, on time, professional and very friendly. He even provided us with maintenance advice and tips around the home. The inspection was done within 2 hours and he emailed us the completed Tarion form within 24 hours. It was a wonderful experience and we are happy and relieved to submit our 1 year Tarion form containing items that we didn't know where not up to code. Thanks Alan and Allmax! Highly recommened!

Mohammed and his buddy were amazing. They helped us with the placement of the potlights and recommended adding some in places that we never thought of . Adding an extra potlight right above the kitchen sink next to the window is now our fav one! They were quick and answered any questions that we had along the one. They were able to work around other contractors that were in the house and made sure all the hardwood was covered with drop cloths. They even installed dimmers that we had purchased and 2 chandeliers for free. I highly recommend Mr.Potlights! A++
