Water heater leaking and had to be replaced
Noticed my water heater was leaking and called Reliance at 4pm. They were able to send someone over right away at 9pm. Upon inspection, they needed to install a brand new water heater and another service appointment was scheduled for 2 days later. Luckily, the leaking was minimal.
Daniel (#2707) came as scheduled and replaced the water heater within one hour. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and needed to turn the gas and water off for the duration. He also placed mats over my carpet in the basement to prevent water damage as he wheeled the water heater away. The leaking water was a brownish-red colour so luckily it did not damage my carpet.
I am very happy with the service provided by both Daniel (#2707) and Reliance.
