LG assigned Elite Appliances to repair our dishwasher. Elite called to schedule an appointment and Repair Technician Jeff arrived on-time. Jeff is a mannerly and informative person who completed the repairs expeditiously. He made sure we knew about the work he was performing and recommended ways to maintain our appliance in the future. Elite followed- up to ensure we were satisfied We highly recommend Jeff and Elite.

Technician Mike T. arrived on-time for the scheduled appointment. We have utilized Lincan Walker/Certified for all our heating and air conditioning needs for the past 9 years and relied upon Mike for all of the annual tuneups and servicing. Mike is a very mannerly and knowledgeable technician in whom we have full confidence.

Our kitchen faucet began to leak. We called Dima Plumbing and the same afternoon John arrived at our home. In the event of the faucet requiring replacement we had purchased a new faucet. However, John was able to repair the current faucet and we returned the new one for a refund. John was courteous, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. We highly recommend Dima Plumbing. Thank you John.

On April 25th, 2016, Certified Service Experts Technician Mike Takla arrived at our home for the annual Air Conditioner TuneUp. We have been a customer of Certified for 8 years and have requested that Mike provide the service for our furnace and air conditioner every year. Mike is a very experienced and mannerly technician who has a very high knowledge level of heating and air conditioning systems. He goes to great lengths to ensure that our system is functioning in a clean and efficient way. He offers wise advice on how we can monitor our system and what we should do to keep the air in our home as dust-free as possible. We trust Mike and Certified Service Experts and highly recommend them to any one seeking a good heating and air conditioning service.

We found Captain Electric in the Yellow Pages and after an introductory conversation with Bob we were certain that we had made a good choice. When Enrico arrived (called in advance and arrived precisely on-time), he spent 15 minutes providing my wife and I with background information on his company and on electrical work in general. We found this information to be of considerable help and it only enhanced our opinion of Captain Electric. Well, Enrico went about his work in a highly professional manner and completed the repairs expeditiously. He made sure to wear slippers and to clean up any waste material. He even left us with spare bulbs and he removed the old ones for deposition at the recyling depot. Enrico went out of his way to answer our concerns. He developed the bill and went through it with us and left us with additional reading material with respect to electrical and fire safety. We were most impressed by his work, his willingness to assist, and with his equipment (including his brand-new truck - I always believe that you can judge the quality of a tradesman by the vehicle he drives up in). My wife and I are so pleased with the work and pricing of Enrico and Captain Electric that we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical repairs. Many thanks to Enrico, Bob, and Captain Electric.

Malcolm, thank you for your positive comments, we really appreciate your post. The "slippers" as you call them are to protect your floor from any outside dirt we may bring into your home. WSIB requires that we do wear CSA approved footwear to protect our workers, and the indoors shoe covers work very well to protect our clients homes (thanks for noticing). Sorry for such a late reply.
