We found Captain Electric in the Yellow Pages and after an introductory conversation with Bob we were certain that we had made a good choice. When Enrico arrived (called in advance and arrived precisely on-time), he spent 15 minutes providing my wife and I with
background information on his company and on electrical work in general. We found this information to be of considerable help and it only enhanced our opinion of Captain Electric. Well, Enrico went about his work in a highly professional manner and completed the repairs expeditiously. He made sure to wear slippers and to clean up any waste material. He even left us with spare bulbs and he removed the old ones for deposition at the recyling depot. Enrico went out of his way to answer our concerns. He developed the bill and went through it with us and left us with additional reading material with respect to electrical and fire safety. We were most impressed by his work, his willingness to assist, and with his equipment (including his brand-new truck - I always believe that you can judge the quality of a tradesman by the vehicle he drives up in). My wife and I are so pleased with the work and pricing of Enrico and Captain Electric that we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical repairs. Many thanks to Enrico, Bob, and Captain Electric.

Malcolm, thank you for your positive comments, we really appreciate your post. The "slippers" as you call them are to protect your floor from any outside dirt we may bring into your home. WSIB requires that we do wear CSA approved footwear to protect our workers, and the indoors shoe covers work very well to protect our clients homes (thanks for noticing). Sorry for such a late reply.
