The exhaust fan in my son's washroom stopped working. I assumed it was the fan itself, however, Zac from Captain Electric determined that there was a problem with the switch which was related to the circuit. He carefully diagnosed the problem and restored power to the bathroom fan. He also installed new light fixtures in two bathrooms. Zac did a thorough inspection of the electrical outlets and informed me of two problem areas; the microwave needed to have a box for the receptacle over the stove, and the 20 year-old circuit panel (fuse box) indicated electrical damage. This was surely a safety concern so I got a quote from Zac to upgrade the panel. Today was Zac's second visit. He and Nathan worked as a team to replace the damaged electrical panel. The box for the microwave receptacle was also replaced. Zac gave all quotes, installation information and timeframes ahead of time so I knew exactly what it would cost and what to expect to complete the job. From the moment Zac greeted me at the door on the first visit, to the job completion today, I knew that I was dealing with courteous, professional, intelligent and skilled electrician!
