My dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes properly. Adriano was ref'd. to me by The Appliance Guy on this site. He called back promptly, diagnosed issue on phone on Mon., took model no., got part on Tues. and came out 1st thing Wed., right on time, was courteous & professional.... one of the best service ppl. I've met! Note: He's in the midst of changing name of company to "Noble"...won't make a difference though, as he's the kind of guy you just know you can always count on to provide excellent service!

I landed on a white lacquer dresser at Decorium that I'd searched for at several stores, but found the one at Decorium best- for design and value. Sales assoc., Adrianna and Owner, Steve Forberg provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this store- especially, for some modern pieces that fall into moderate price range and offer great style!

I've never shopped in a Brick store, but a friend, hearing I was in the market for a mattress, recommended I go to The Brick mattress store at 3013 Dufferin, due to a special sale they were running and a particular salesperson-Ferris Masoodi, with whom she'd had a very positive experience. After shopping around, I found that Ferris was the most helpful sales assoc. I'd come across- very experienced and professional, and best of all, sold us a mattress at a price that seemed fair and provided excellent service. Ferris made the experience from beginning to end, go smoothly and we're very happy with the Sterns and Foster bed we purchased.

We've been especially happy with the excellent service of our technician, Jeff Eaton, who is always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He's a problem-solver and goes out of his way to provide the best service.

This company has been excellent to deal w. in the past and have come through again, for my kids this time. They carry a range of reasonably- priced, quality products (and can spec. order also) provide excellent customer service and deliver on time and/or sometimes even early! The competition doesn't come close. Owner, Steve Forberg and sales team (eg. Gabriella) are extremely knowledgeable, professional and go out of their way to please. I'm so glad they've expanded, too (recently opening a new showrm. in central T.O. on Yonge) in north Rosedale. Good business people like them get repeat business and deserve success!

Rick did an excellent job upgrading our garage to include a new floor, cabinets and storwall system. Rick and his crew were truly professional both in the planning and execution stages. He was also tremendous at helping to organize our basement and garage. The job got completed in a timely fashion and we're extremely pleased w. both the functionality and look of the space. I'd highly recommend Rick and his company!
