We bought a dining table and was delivered. We were told if you see any diffects or imperfections/damages please let us know and we will fix it for you and if needs replacement it will be done in no time. Soon after the delivery I called the store and informed them of the issue. That was 4 weeks ago and yet they have done nothing but coming up with excuses that such as it is industry standard and it is deemed normal since the table we have in the showroom has the same diffect. I have never heard of this argument before. The store dancing table has been sitting there who knows for how long and for how long and who knows how may people tried to open and close the leafs to extend the table. Since the table in the store has the same diffect we should also be given a diffected table that has been cost us 1700.00 and yet they insist it is normal. I alsed them to provide proof of specifications and industry standard measures to proof their argument and but the failed to do so. Is this the treatment a costumer should take. I called sere real times and sent email and no one including the sales person has return nor responded to the inquires.this is the worst experience any shopper can endure. Never again worst place to shore.
