I was renovating my basement this past winter and looking to replace my original basement window before renovations started. I thought the quote was fair so based on the reviews, I went forward with this company. The job was done in reasonable time and sealed up my basement pretty well. I don't believe there's nothing complex about this other than the fact that it has a metal casing around the window but the installer took care of it and I am satisfied with the job. This was an urgent matter where racoons would created a hole in one of our town home's roof and would have access to all of the neighboring attics and causing extensive damage to our insulation and roof. It's gotten to a point where kids would have to sleep downstairs in the basement along with being woken up in the middle of the night hearing scratches and unpleasant noises. The longer we wait, the more damage it will cause to our roofs so it was critical to find a company who was willing to come on the same day and help patch up the hole. This company came through where they came within 2 hours to help fix the issue despite their busy schedule. They explained the situation and preventative measures we can take do moving forward. I have to applaud them for their quick response. It also helps that they have a strong rating as we want to do this the right way so part of the reason we went with them. Job took just under an hour and looks like it patched it up well. Time will tell if the racoons are out but looking at the picture, I'm confident he did a good job. He will come back in a week or so to patch up the hole. The other key part is working the service they provide and that was as easy as it gets. Thanks again and hopefully our neighbors can have their sleep back. Would recommend this company to others

I had an old light switch which did not turn on and after doing some voltage tests with the wires, there was no power going into the switch. Nothing was tripped in the electrical panel so at that point, I realize I had to hire an electrician. I fully expected to open up the dry wall to fix a possible loose connection but Shahram was able to come and completed the job without having to do anything like it. There was a working outlet next to the light switch so I hoping this was an easy job but I didn't have the tools nor the courage to troubleshoot it myself. Within an hour he was able to fix it and as well install my light switch. Afterwards I was able to finish installing a new light fixture that was connected to the working light switch. Price was reasonable and he was fantastic. Thanks!

I had to replace my original electric panel with a new one in preparation of renovating my basement. I chose Mapleleaf Electric just based on the number of positive reviews on the site and the whole process was pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, the job took around 3 hours to do, including getting the hydro company to come and shut off the power to the house. I'm happy with the result and now I have a panel with extra room for breakers to prepare for my basement. I would definitely recommend them

I lived in a townhome where I share my driveway with my neighbor. We wanted to not only replace the pavement driveway but also to widen the driveway with interlock. These guys came in and told us what exactly needs to be done and are very knowledgeable about the process. I was going through 3-4 contractors and ended up going with this company even though they were not the cheapest. Update after a year: So far the driveway held up. No major concerns at the moment The entire job took about 3 hours and these guys obviously knew what they were doing and did the job fairly quickly. We get compliments from neighbors how nice our drive way is because of their effort. It's been only 6 months since we had this done and it held up so far. My only drawback was they unfortunately cut the Internet cable for both our neighbors so they were out of Internet for a day. Luckily Rogers were able to come the next day to fix this issue. My advice to people who want to repave driveway and add interlock, know where the internet cable is so that they can come right after the job is complete. I would recommend them

The experience was great from the moment they came in for a quote to the end of the day where they topped up the attic. They were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining how attics work and turns out it needed more work than I anticipated. Had to add change the attic hatch with weather stripping, need to add stoppers on the edge of the attic and adding air rafters. I'm an intermediate DIYer and was seriously considering doing the job on my own but once I figured how much topup I needed (I only had R5-10) and the extra work, it complete sense to go with a company that can do the job professionally. Their prices are quite reasonable compare to 3 other companies I had quotes for and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again!
