I reached out to 4-5 companies to see what they can do to replace the existing porch enclosure and I wanted to keep the existing porch roof. I'm so happy that I came across and moved forward with this Windows and Door Specialist. Kian and his team Ali and Jack are were very professional. Ali came by the house and he made great suggestions and was able to clarify any questions I had in simplest way. Jack did an amazing job with the installation. He is very specific and detailed with his work. My parents and I absolutely LOVE our new window enclosure. I also had aluminum capping done to the face of the roof of the porch and the house in white. The team did a fantastic job overall, very clean very professional and pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I will be coming back when I'm ready to have the house windows replaced.

We have used this company twice before over many years. We decided to go with them again and we are extremely happy. Rob came to us and he was very knowledgeable. He gave us a few ideas and then gave us our quote. From Kian, and the installation team, to the Sales Manager that came out immediately to inspect and to Jack that just installed the last door. EVERYONE was very professional, friendly, hard working and the clean up after was amazing and impressive. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by The Window & Door Specialist from obtaining quote to the completion of the installation. All our 23 windows were replaced with great quality thin frame Heritage brand windows as well as our front door and patio door. I ordered triple glaze for some fixed windows and the rest double glaze.
It was a pleasure dealing with Ali and Kian, the owners who are very professional, knowledgeable about the products, extremely patient and always ready to answer any questions.
The installation was exceptional and the installers were very efficient and respectful of my home and the quality of work was outstanding. they took the time to ensure that all debris was removed and the house was left clean. The quality of windows is absolutely astounding.
