I contracted with Iberia last year to relay the patio bricks to control weeds, install a new pergola, and refresh the front yard. They did a superb job. This year they installed a new flower bed with shrubs and new fence posts damaged by storms. Iberia is reliable, responsive, and professional with great attention to detail. Great work ethic. HIghly recommended.

Matt from Bestway came to repair a flourescent light fixture. He replaced the old ballast with an electronic one and supplied the new bulbs, leaving the wrapper for reference. Matt explained the benefits of the electronic ballast over the old type. When we bought our house several years ago, Jeff of Bestway reviewed and redistributed the electrical service, installed a new electrical panel, new outlets, and new fixtures. Safety was of the utmost importance. For any electrical work I would only call Bestway because of their high standards, professionalism, and clarity of communication.

MegaCity Roofing did our roof in May. Tom Deo came in April to give an estimate and describe the process and product. He climbed onto the roof to do an inspection before our discussion. Tom recommended a specific shingle, described the underlayment, and recommended more vents in the roof to improve air flow (and thus maintain the roof). He left product material for review as well as a shingle color board. (His color recommendation was the one we went with, which complements the brick very well.) His estimate was competitive. The day work began the crew protected the shrubbery and other parts of our property and worked efficiently and cleanly. The vents used were metal and contained steel mesh to prevent animal incursion into the attic. I cannot recommend MegaCity highly enough. Tom is an excellent communicator - clear and knowledgeable - and highly professional. He provides excellent customer service post-installation as well - an exterior light was damaged, and Tom was very forthcoming about inspecting the damage (which he was able to repair). The roof has protected our house through several rainstorms since installation. Thank you, Tom. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

Tony Devlin paid great attention to detail in rebuilding our chimney by matching the replacement brick as closely as possible to the existing structure. He described the process in detail when inspecting our property and educated us about the rebuild and tuckpointing. After completing the job Tony and his associate were meticulous in cleaning our property. Price was within range of other estimate solicited for this project. The craftsmanship and skill in communicating gave us confidence in this undertaking--a neat, lasting job that enhances the value of our home.
