Woke up this morning to find a puddle of water on my bedroom floor due to a leak in my roof due to the recent heavy snow which turned into Ice which began to melt and into my home. I posted a request with a picture showing the ice on the outside and I received a call almost immediately from Marcelo @ MCBM Roofing Services. He explained exactly what he would & how would fix the common problem at this time of the year for many homes. It's exactly what I thought needed to be done. I agreed on the fair price and Marcelo was at my place within an hour and 1 hour later the work was done.....he even shoveled off my walkway from the snow that came from the roof! Thanks Marcelo! I received quotes from various suppliers and Riley @ Elite was awarded to perform various tree services (remove & Trim) for both my 2 neighbours and my property. It was based on his professionalism, detailed quote and competitive pricing. Once on site, Riley and his assistant went to work as planned and left the area clean from debris. We've had a mysterious leak from our upstairs bathroom for over a year with roofing conerns being the main focus. I finally called Natasha @ Waterworks and she was very professional and repsonsive. She had Aaron (technician) contact me within minutes to discuss the problem and was onsite within the hour. After some discussion and visual checks, Aaron determined the problem and recommended a solution which made sense. Within approx 1.5 hours, the repair was completed and no more leaks. Aaron was very articulate and professional. I won't wait so long if I have any plumbing problems in the future and I'd definitely recommend this team who provides quality service at a fair price.
