Bayview was not good to deal with at all. They were a warranty repair provider for our appliance manufacturer, but I just found their customer service very poor and not transparent at all. They were unable to diagnose or repair our appliance, which broke twice within the first 18-months of purchasing it. We had every part replaced in our fridge, and still it was not repaired. In total, we were without a fridge for over 4 months. Thankfully, they eventually deemed our appliance "non-repairable" and we got a new one.
