We had a plug kitchen sink and called New Canadian they were able to provide an emergency call at 8 pm and George the person who came to do the work was EXCELLENT!!! We thought it was a simple procedure but it turned out to be quite complex taking a lot more time than anticipated. It took a few steps for him to analyse the problem but he figured it out and worked passed his 9 pm work finish time to complete. Along with this review for George I would also like to thank Shareen who was super helpful in arranging this emergency call under the circumstances of the details I gave her. Thank you Shareen and George very much. This is why I keep using New Canadian Plumbing for all my water problems over many years. The service and personnell have all been amazing. Teresa

Needed my AC maintenance done before turning it on for the Summer. Called AireMax Heating & Cooling and I had the AC checked within a few hours on the same day I called. He was very efficient, and did find a few items to be fixed including low refrigerant on the ac. A week later I called again, but this time for my mother-in-law’s ac. He came on the same day and was prompt, efficient and easy to communicate with when questions were asked. Unfortunately, my mother in law's ac lost its refrigerant again called AireMax to advise him of the situation. As prior he was prompt in answering the phone, remembered the customer right away and came over within an hour. He assessed the situation and advised the best option would be to replace the ac because it was going to continue to be a problem since there was a leak somewhere in the system which is very difficult to detect where the leak would be. Once decision was decided he left to pick up the new ac. It turned out the furnace was also in need of replacement. AireMax left and returned within the hour or so with both new ac and furnance unit. He worked till late in the evening to get both items replaced. He was very professional, efficient and very focused when working. His price was also quite reasonable giving my senior mother in law a lot of peace of mind. His promptness and efficiency was so much appreciated, because the next day the heat and humidity was very high so it was perfect timing to have someone as prompt and efficient as AireMax Heating and Cooling being so caring to help others in such an efficient and professional manner. This was an emergency call at mid morning on a 5 month Moen kitchen faucet which started leaking non-stop regardless on whatever angle the handle was positioned at. Water was going steady down the counter etc. My go to Plumbing needs, for many years, I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and was told that it would be about an hour's wait. I explained the situation and the person who answered the phone said of it will be at least .30 minutes. A plummer, by the name of Habib (Habibollah Hosseini) arrived within 20 minutes and immediately took a look at the faucet and said I know what the problem is. I said great, you mean I need a new faucet? He said, No, I am sure I can fix like brand new because there is nothing wrong with the faucet. A piece inside has become loose and it needs to be tightened and it will be fine. I was not so convinced and asked him to replace it. He said No I will replace it if it needs to be done but it not this faucet is new and no purpose to replace it. He took to work within a minute or so and sure enough a cartridge was loose. He tightened and problem was solved. He was Amazing and efficient, fast and very approachable and easy to communicate and explain the situation very nice. I have used New Canadian Drain and Plumbing over many years and all situations have been quite unique and extensive work, this actually was the simplest and easiest job I have had but due to the continuous running water it made it much more Urgent than the others and I was so grateful for Habib's professionalism and speed in which he approached the situation and made it like nothing had happened 10 minutes or so later. I have used Building Ideas for two AC installations. One being a Split system and the other a regular residencial ac. Both jobs were truly top quality service. Jose was prompt, efficient and extremely accommodating since one of the jobs had to be done over a weekend including Sunday. He understood the need and did the job over Friday, Saturday and Sunday bringing extra hired help to ensure the job was complete and ready for Monday morning which it was. I have used Building Ideas for minor Electrical work and plumbing and he is AMAZING and extremely accommodating to the different times, day needs for each job needed to be done.

Shopped for replacing an old and inefficient furnace for qhite awhile until I learned about Homestars and the reviews where I came across the great reviews already on Homestars about Cozy Comfort and decided to also give them a call for a quote. From the person who answered the phone to Sam who was the Salesperson who explained everything very clear and precise. He was absolutely Great. Mark who scheduled the installation and work to be done. Then the team arrived to do the actual installation who was JOE and HAYTHAM what an amazing TEAM. They were EXCELLENT! They were patient, very knowledgeable, their workmanship was amazing a superb job. We could not be any happier and were so lucky they were the persons handling our heating especially when the winter is just around the corner. We are so glad to be another customer extremely happy with the Service Provided from Cozy Comfort. A very special THANK YOU to JOE and HAYTHAM for their amazing workmanship and integrity. This is only the 2nd time that I am have written a review at homestars , but only because this company and staff truly deserve to be recognized for their excellent integrity and amazing performance from the handling of answering their phone, to the manager, Mark and Sam the Salesperson who explained and got our trust to sign the contract and his follow up and care about our purchase. But above all I want to emphasize what a great team the installers were. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU!! to JOE and HAYTHAM for their integrity, patience, EXCELLENT workmanship and understanding in handling quite a difficult and complex job. I came across this company via Homestars and because other customers rated Cozy Comfort so highly, I too decided to call them for a quote and advise for my furnace and ac. I cannot say enough nice things how accurate previous customers were and I am glad to be another one to be added to their list of a very satisfied customer.

Thank goodness for Luso Roofing to come to our rescue who understood, and took care of our roof problem after almost a year or so trying to find someone who could take care of our roof situation. We did find another company who was willing to handle it for 8K and we did not feel their recommendation would be good either. Luso Roofing was very professional, efficient, and very prompt in making contact, come to see the situation and within a few days they arrived and did the work right away. A day later we had a major rainfall and I was greatful for their expertise and caring with our situation. Thank you very much, Teresa
