There is difference between regular service and after hours night emergency service and both options were shared and you have chooses to go with emergency service but you didn't mention in your review? Why ?
1-We wish you should have mentioned about your service request for after hours emergency to restore power at night. ($200 dispatch after hours quoted before dispatch out our master electrician)
2- our master electrician arrived with in hour at your house as promised on emergency basis. No comments from you about our prompt response?
3- A master electrician with 28 of experience who is specialized in troubleshooting who has assessed the situation and quoted for troubleshooting.
Almost half of the house without power/ power flicker issues. Troubleshooting performed after your approval.
Q- No comments from you why you didn't say no to trouble shooting quote?
4- After diagnostic two breaker panels found sub panel main breakers burnt at an obsolete old breaker panel which is outdated many years ago.
( there no fuse replaced you have mentioned wrong information )
5- Provided and installed double pole Obsolete breakers to restore power after getting your approval.
This type of obsolete breakers are non stock item and way more expensive than new breakers.
Q- Did you got your power fully restored after we complete the work or not no comments from you?
6- We do not do temporary repairs but we give our recommendations to our clients to avoid future problems because previous electrical work around the panel area are not up to code. You or someone at your house must have hired non licensed electrician to perform electrical work. We have pictures for proof those are being shared with safety Agencies.
7- Your Panels are obsolete/ outdated and some spots inside the panel were damaged/ burned that could be repaired or replaced unless the whole panel replaced.
8- We are not responsible for any existing damage parts
That's why we have informed you about potential issues if you don't do any further work.
9- When we have tried to contact you to discuss this issue with you but you didn't cooperate with our team
