I initially had hired Green Roofing for gutter cleaning, long story short, we replaced the gutters and downspouts and had some extra work done on one side of the roof, as preventative work. Jorge and his fellow workers did a great job. They were on time, and cleaned up after the work was done. I would also like to say that Derina, at the office, was also great. Always returned my calls quickly and was very helpful throughout the scheduling process. Marilyn

We had previously had Valentin work on our kitchen fixtures, and replace the shower head and bath taps. We also asked him to replace our very old bathroom sink taps and the pipes. As always, he did a great job. He came on time, did a terrific job, with minimal fuss or mess. I know that when Valentin is working, I don't have to worry; so as I was working from home yesterday, that's what I did and left him to do his work. Valentin: this is Tracy aka Marilyn. This was my first experience with Valentin/Strong Plumbing Inc., and it was great right from the start. I appreciate Valentin's quick response to my initial email, and his follow-through right to giving me an estimated cost and his time of arrival. He arrived, this morning, when he said he would, in fact he was 5 minutes early. He replaced the kitchen sink pipes, checked my bathroom sink pipes, cleaned out a bathroom drain for me, and all the while he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. If only everyone who works with the public was as customer service oriented as Valentin. The next time I need a plumber, I'll know who to call. Short story: he was great.

We needed to have our appliances checked, especially the dishwasher, to see if a leak was causing issues with our flooring. We called Peter because a friend had sung his praises; and they were right. Peter showed up, when he said that he would, and made a very thorough examination of all our appliances/pipes, etc. and gave them all a passing grade. He also went out of his way to provide us with information on how to fix a problem we have been having with our washer. He also told us where to buy the very inexpensive part and how to replace it, all for no extra charge. Throughout the service call Peter was pleasant and answered any/all questions to do with our appliances and issues that we have experienced in the past. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter to any of our friends and would certainly call him again if the need arises.

We had issues with the bathtub pipes, in a very old house, which required work asap. I contacted Charlie, through his office manager Anna, and he responded in a timely manner. Not only did Charlie fix the plumbing issues, but he went above and beyond what we asked for. He also went out of his way to help us out with tightening some loose valves. Charlie and Anna provide what is becoming so rare these days, terrific customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to call Charlie to fix any other household problems. I've already recommended him/Anna to 3 other friends. Thank you again Charlie and Anna. Tracey and company.

Mr. Gomes provided quick and excellent work. He completed the work in the timeline he quoted to us and we appreciated the fact that he also cleaned up the old roofing material. He was more than courteous and responsive to any/all of my calls and emails. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would recommend his services to anyone who needs this type of work done. As a matter of fact, he/his company was a referral from another happy customer.
