I had an issue with my electric range and provided the error code to three companies, asking for an approximate cost to repair. I have not heard from the third, but the first company wanted to charge me almost $100 to provide me with an estimate at my home. Because this problem had occurred once before, I pretty much knew what was wrong with my appliance. So, I was pleasantly surprised when Peter called and, after a little clarification on my part, was able to solve my problem over the phone, therefore, costing me nothing. This kind of professional knowledge and honesty, in my mind, deserves to be rewarded by writing this review. You can rest assured that should the problem or any other happen again, I will be contacting Modern Appliance first. Thanks very much, Peter.
