Bees and flies have been infiltrating the two upstairs rooms for roughly the past week. Sent a request to this company early this morning and Gancy responded within minutes and said he would drop by on the same day. He texted me that he would be arriving in 20 minutes and he was very punctual. I saw firsthand why this company has such ratings. Gancy is a very honest, sincere, professional and diligent person. Thank God I found him. We will be going to him if we have any future insect problems. He did not charge me for this visit.

Mahamat gave me a very good impression when he responded by email to answer my initial questions. I was even more impressed with him when we discussed our raccoons problem. And then we met in person. He is such a wonderful person and such a high caliber professional. He took his time to explain and show me the issues and how to resolve them. He even came back a week later to take over 20 pictures of all the work he did (requested by my wife). Thank you Mahamat. We’re so glad we chose you to help us!

John is a Licensed Master Plumber and his work really demonstrates his high level of professionalism and competence. Our 4 toilets are 16 years old. He and his colleague installed 4 high quality brand new toilets for us. His price also included new piping as the old pipes were rusted. He and his colleague kept the noise level really low. They were so quiet at times that I thought they were taking a break. I only could hear them flushing the toilets to test them and using their vacuum to clean the area. We will be contacting John with all of our future plumbing needs.

Tommy installed a new garage door opener about a year ago. We are back with him again! We wanted to replace the front doors and garage doors. Tommy recommended replacing the garage doors first to see how it looks before the front doors are replaced (front doors have more selections and it is easier to match it with the installed garage doors). The entire process was perfect. Tommy scores another 10.

Was referred to Brendan and spoke to him on the phone to setup a meeting. We met and he provided us with a quote with no sales pressure tactics. We compared his quote with other quotes for several days and finally decided to go with Dilmar. Dilmar's quote was not the lowest nor the highest, yet they offered a lot for the quoted price, and Brendan earned my trust very quickly with his honesty, sincerity, and professionalism. The crew arrived on time as promised and finished their work before I returned home. (Although it has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the installation, the crew was multicultural and I was very happy to see that).

All of the positive comments about Navida are accurate. Emailed Tommy (owner) to obtain a quote, and called him to have a new garage door opener installed. We also asked him to fix one of our garage doors since it wouldn't open anymore. He emailed me to confirm the date and time, and called me about an hour before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. Very honest, sincere, punctual, professional and and gave me some really good advice on maintaining the garage doors and showed me how to use the new garage door opener and some of its features. He also cleaned up the work area (including taking away the old garage door opener). Our family is considering replacing the garage doors and he told me to wait since the garage doors are still in decent shape (he could of sold me some garage doors and instead acted to our best interests). I'm definitely going to contact Tommy when we decide to replace our garage doors. Homestars is now 3 for 3. Via Homestars, I have contacted a junk removal company, a smoke detector installation company, and now Tommy, and all three companies have earned 10 stars!

I called them on Aug 27 and spoke to Nick. He was very professional and polite on the phone. He dropped by on Aug 28 and completed the work in good time. The amount we paid was exactly the amount he quoted to us on the telephone (no surprises). He explained to us in detail how the new smoke detectors work, and also asked us to call him if the new smoke detectors aren't working properly. He was very patient and answered all of our questions.

We had a heavy old tv (purchased in 2001) that needed to be disposed. This is our first time using a junk removal service and we definitely would go with Just Junk again. As promised, they called about 20 minutes prior to arrival, and upon arrival they were very professional, courteous and sincere. They told me the price before they started and emailed me a receipt after the work was done. They accept credit cards and cash. Well done guys!
